Research Projects

ICA actively leads and supports international research projects focused on complications of cirrhosis and ascites.  It promotes international collaborative studies to assess the epidemiology, risk factors and management of  complications of cirrhosis. Through these multicenter efforts, ICA helps generate real-world evidence that improves  clinical decisions and ultimately leads to better care for patients with cirrhosis.
